Howdy!
Welcome to a recap of the two day Bastrop County CHARM Resiliency Workshop. Day one presentations were virtual via zoom, day two was held in person.
A CHARM workshop is different than most workshops. CHARM is an interactive mapping tool developed by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension that helps a community see how planning decisions made today will impact their communities tomorrow. Working together around interactive tables, participants explore hazards and risks to their communities, identify opportunities for mitigation and better planning, and learn about steps your community can take to become more resilient.
Thank you to all participants for taking time out of their busy days to attend!
